Folders vs tags vs links

• A note lives in exactly one folder. A folder answers "where does this belong".
• A note has any number of tags. A tag answers "what is this about".
• Links are for relationships. If you are reaching for a folder to express a relationship, use a link.

Folders are for stable structure that rarely changes. Tags are for cross-cutting facets that do. Neither replaces the other, and the graph does not care about either.

ClaudeContext remains separate LLM memory; it is not a folder or a note type.
